Joe Adams – Chief Compliance Officer
Joe brings extensive expertise in Codes and Standards regulatory compliance to P38 and its affiliates. A Mechanical Engineer with a Masters Degree in Environmental Studies, Joe is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario, as well as a Fellow Engineer Canada. He has built many positive relationships in the pressure and propane industry fields and amongst various North American regulatory bodies throughout his career. Joe has been with the P38 group of companies since 1986 and has past experience as a member of various industry leadership committees.

Cherisse Akeung – Supply Chain Leader
As a graduate of Western University, Cherisse has an Honours degree in the specialization of Finance and Administration. Cherisse is responsible for leading the execution and improvement of the company's supply chain. In this role she focuses on building strong supplier relationships, optimizing inventory, and implementing best practice solutions.

Ted Archer – Operations Engineering Leader
A graduate from the University of Waterloo with a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Ted leads our operations support team in the areas of infrastructure, process and equipment improvements, and production scheduling. Ted is also working towards becoming a licensed professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

Andy Bite – Chief Development Officer
Andy holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario. He has been a senior executive with a number of energy sector distribution companies and brings significant industry experience to the group.

Evan Borges – Quality Leader
A Mechanical Engineering Technician and graduate of Fanshawe College, Evan is responsible for the overall quality improvement and program throughout our operations. He holds certificates in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Six Sigma Green Belt manufacturing methodologies, and is a Certified Technician registered with the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists. Evan has over 13 years of experience in the manufacturing, fabrication, CNC Laser, plasma, and turret programming fields.

Dale Campbell – Operations Engineering Technologist
As a member of our operations support team, Dale utilizes his knowledge and skillset to assist with production workflow including job files, part drawings, and work instructions. He is also heavily involved in equipment maintenance tracking and improvement. Dale is a graduate of Fanshawe College in Civil Engineering Technology and is currently working toward his Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation under the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT).

Rob Costa – Mechanical-Electrical Engineering Leader
Rob is responsible for mechanical-electrical engineering functions related to self-serve propane kiosks, air compressors, and final tank assembly. He holds a B.E.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario and is working towards becoming a licensed professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

Chad Estergaard – Production Leader
Chad has over 24 years of welding and fitting experience in the structural, custom fabrication, transportation and pressure vessel industries. He is a certified CWB welding supervisor and has significant CNC fabricating, programming and AutoCad experience. Chad possesses numerous CWB and TSSA welding tickets as well as certificates for CWB welding supervisor, CNC laser programming, and Six Sigma Green Belt manufacturing and quality methodologies.

Andrew Fedorchuk – Pressure Vessel Engineering Leader
Specializing in ASME propane motor fuel tank design, Andrew is a graduate from the University of Western Ontario and has a B.E.Sc in Mechanical Engineering. He also has a background with CAD software and finite element analysis. Andrew is working on becoming a licensed professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

Matt Gillespie – Chief Operating Officer
With a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and a broad technical background, ranging from Lean Six Sigma to health and safety, Matt is responsible for providing leadership to the organization in the areas of infrastructure optimization, organization development, process improvement, and performance metrics.

Jeff Goud – Vice President
A graduate of the University of Western Ontario and of Fanshawe College, Jeff has been a certified member of the Society of Management Accountants since 1992. Jeff has worked for SLEEGERS in an accounting and administrative capacity since 1990.

Dan Granger – President
Dan holds an Honours Degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Prior to joining SLEEGERS in 2008, Dan spent 27 years focused on the growth and development of several other successful businesses within the energy sector.

Taylor Granger – Business Development Leader
Leveraging his engineering and project management experience, Taylor is focused on the development of new business opportunities within SLEEGERS. He has a B.A.Sc. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is working towards becoming a licensed professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

Mohammad Hassouneh – Engineering Services Intern
A graduate from the University of Western Ontario with a B.A.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, Mohammad specializes in the area of Risk and Safety Management Plans and propane facility design and construction. He developed a strong practical and theoretical engineering skill base while at University of Western Ontario and Fanshawe college. Mohammad is also working towards becoming a licensed professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

Brian Kehrer – Business Development Leader
Based in our Customer Service Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, Brian has over 23 years of experience in air compressor design, sales, and customer service. He has education in lean manufacturing from Purdue University and attended J. Everett Light Career Center, excelling in the automotive repair industry. He has worked in the manufacturing industry since 1989.

Paul Kendall – Operations Engineering Support
Paul has worked within the EDPRO group since 1997 and has extensive mechanical and technical knowledge of the propane industry. He holds a G1 gas technician license with ICE-P and LP endorsements from the TSSA.

Jake Kirshner – Operations Engineering Technologist
As a member of our operations support team, Jake primarily supports the development and daily operations of our internal fabricated parts segment. He holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Fanshawe College and has experience with fabrication and manufacturing. Jake is currently working toward his Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation under the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT).

Deidre Lawrence – Logistics & Customer Service Leader
As a graduate of Western University, Deidre has an Honours degree in Psychology. She has a long standing background in customer service and is currently responsible for leading the administration of customer interfaces across the company's various business segments. In this role, Deidre works closely with our customers, production, and freight carriers to ensure that all customer needs are met and products are delivered on time.

Martin Lopatowski – Operations Engineering Technologist
As a member of our operations support team, Martin provides on-going support to both the engineering and production teams. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Technology degree from the University of Windsor and has an advanced diploma in Engineering Technology from Fanshawe College. Martin is currently working toward his Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation under The Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT).

Ryan McLachlan – Regulatory & Compliance Engineering Leader
Concentrating on various industrial and commercial pressure vessel opportunities, Ryan has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario. He has background with CAD software and has finite element analysis knowledge. Ryan is in the process of becoming a professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

Peter Muller – Training Specialist
With over 25 years experience, Peter has exceptional knowledge of the National Safety Code as it pertains to the transportation industry. He is registered with the Canadian Safety Council as an instructor for the Professional Drivers Improvement Course, and holds numerous instructor training certificates for propane and other industrial courses. Peter’s primary function is to provide training for employees and guidance with respect to transportation compliance.

Joshua Pickering – Engineering Services Intern
Joshua is specializing in the area of Risk and Safety Management Plans and propane facility design and construction. He has a background with CAD software and project management and holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Mechanical Engineering after graduating with distinction from Lakehead University. Joshua is working towards becoming a licensed professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

Jeff Pimer – Engineering Services Leader
Jeff graduated with distinction from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is bilingual in French and is concentrating his development in the areas of propane facility design and construction, Risk and Safety Management Plans, and Code of Practice evaluations. He also has a background in CAD software and finite element analysis. Jeff is working to become a licensed professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

Kyle Squance – Business Development Leader
Leveraging his years of pressure vessel design experience, Kyle works directly with our customers to understand and clarify requirements which are then translated into practical, cost-efficient, and compliant solutions. Working closely with our engineering, production, and quality control teams, Kyle ensures that customer expectations are met or exceeded. Kyle is a graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Technology program at St. Clair College.

Chris Van der Spank – Senior Product Engineer
Backed by many years of experience with product design, engineering, and quality systems, Chris brings a valued, practical approach to our engineering team. He has expertise in both propane systems design and in ASME pressure vessel engineering. Chris graduated from the University of Guelph with a B.Sc. in Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.
