Joe Adams
Joe is a Director of SLEEGERS and Chief Compliance Officer of EDPRO Capital Inc. Joe is a Mechanical Engineer with a Masters Degree in Environmental Studies. Throughout his career, Joe has built many positive relationships in the pressure vessel field and among North American regulatory bodies. Joe Adams is a Registered Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario.
David Archer
David is a Project Specialist for SLEEGERS. He graduated with distinction from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. David has a background in hydraulics and optical technologies. His area of responsibilities includes propane facility design and construction, Risk and Safety Management Plans and Code of Practice evaluations. He is completing the process of becoming a licensed professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
Andy Bite
Andy Bite is the Chief Executive Officer of SLEEGERS and Chief Development Officer of EDPRO Capital Inc. Andy has been a senior executive with a number of energy sector distribution companies and brings significant industry experience to the group. Andy is a graduate of the University of Waterloo in Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario.
Evan Borges
Evan Borges is a member of the Quality Control team. Evan brings over eleven years experience in the manufacturing, fabrication, CNC Laser, plasma, and turret programming fields. He has a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Materials and Quality from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. Evan also possesses a certificate in Electro-Mechanical Engineering and a certificate in Six Sigma Green Belt manufacturing methodologies.
Diego Cardenas
Diego is the Team Leader of the engineering group at SLEEGERS. He has a M.E.Sc. from the University of Western Ontario and a B.E.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Industrial de Santander in Colombia. Diego has over 6 years experience in R&D, Design & Development, and manufacturing. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario and has committed to the profession serving as an executive for several years at the PEO London Chapter. Diego is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Chad Estergaard
Chad Estergaard is a facility Product Production Leader at SLEEGERS.
Chad has over 16 years experience in the manufacturing and custom fabrication industry. He has over 24 years of welding and fitting experience in the structural, custom fabrication, transportation and pressure vessel industries.
He is a certified CWB welding supervisor and has significant CNC fabricating, programming and autocad experience. Chad possesses numerous CWB and TSSA welding tickets as well as certificates for CWB welding supervisor, CNC laser programming and Six Sigma Green Belt manufacturing and quality methodologies.
Andrew Fedorchuk
Andrew is the Product Specialist for pressure vessel design for After Market customers. He is a graduate from the University of Western Ontario and has a B.E.Sc in Mechanical Engineering. He also has a background with CAD packages and the finite element method. Andrew is working on becoming a licensed professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
Jeff Goud
Jeff is a Vice President of SLEEGERS. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and Fanshawe College and has been a certified member of the Society of Management Accountants since 1992. Jeff has worked for SLEEGERS in an accounting and administrative capacity since 1990.
Dan Granger
Dan is a Director of SLEEGERS and an Executive Vice President of EDPRO Capital Inc. He is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Prior to joining SLEEGERS in 2008, Dan spent 27 years focused on the growth and development of several other successful businesses within the energy sector.
Justin Kaufman
Justin is the Product Specialist at SLEEGERS for engine technology, air compressors and automated kiosks. He is responsible for product design, bills of materials, and product certification. Justin is a graduate from the Mechanical Engineering Technician (design major) program at Fanshawe College and has experience in both the automotive and metal fabrication industries.
Brian Kehrer
Brian is Team Leader of the SLEEGERS Customer Service Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has over 23 years of experience in air compressor design, sales and customer service. He has education in lean manufacturing from Purdue University and attended J. Everett Light Career Center excelling in the automotive repair industry. He has worked in the manufacturing industry since 1989.
Ryan McLachlan
Ryan McLachlan is a Project Coordinator for SLEEGERS. Ryan has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario. He has background with CAD packages and has finite element analysis knowledge. Ryan is in the process of becoming a professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
Shawn Newman
Shawn is a member of the Quality Control team. He has over eight years of manufacturing experience in the military, environmental and health care fields, experience in fabrication of pressure vessels to the ASME Code and experience in the powder coating industry. Shawn is currently completing his Quality Assurance Certificate at Fanshawe College and has a goal to become a Certified Quality Engineer accredited through the American Society for Quality.
Sean Ozburn
Sean is a Mechanical Engineer. He has worked with the design and fabrication of pressure vessels and heat exchangers for over 17 years in both manufacturing and consulting. Sean is a graduate Mechanical Engineer from the University of Waterloo and licensed professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
Stuart Painter
Stuart is the Production Team and Project Coordinator for SLEEGERS. He has 6 years experience as Production Leader and 10 years experience as the Quality Control Leader. Stuart is also an ASME "Certified Individual" for the fabrication of miniature pressure vessels. Stuart has been working in the manufacturing industry for over 25 years with additional experience in metal stamping and extrusion processes.
Kevin Payant
Kevin is a member of the Quality Control team. He is a graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Technician (Design Major) program at Fanshawe College and has 5 years experience in a variety of process manufacturing and a year of experience in the design of lifting equipment.
Howard Perkins
Howard is a facility Product Production Leader at SLEEGERS. He is responsible for the production of the automotive propane motor fuel tanks. He has over 23 years experience with the production and manufacturing of pressure vessels with SLEEGERS, and 20 years welding experience including specialty fabrication. He possesses numerous TSSA welding certificates and has a robotic programming certificate.
Harris Smith
Harris is a facility Product Production Leader at SLEEGERS. He has over 30 years of welding experience including Pressure Vessels and Production Welding. Harris became shop supervisor in September 2002 and has been employed with SLEEGERS for over 16 years. He is responsible for the production of the self serve propane vending machines and the air compressor production line.
Kyle Squance
Kyle is the Product Specialist for pressure vessel design for OEM related customers. Kyle is a graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Technology program at St. Clair College and has worked in the manufacturing industry since 2006.
Chris Van der Spank
Chris is a Vice President and has overall responsibility for Quality Control at SLEEGERS. He has been implementing and administering quality control programs for over 17 years and serves as the company’s Quality Assurance Leader. Chris has obtained a Level 2 certification in Liquid Penetrant Inspection through the Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB). Chris is a graduate Engineer from the University of Guelph.
