Joe Adams – Chief Compliance Officer
Joe brings extensive expertise in Codes and Standards regulatory compliance to P38 and its affiliates. A Mechanical Engineer with a Masters Degree in Environmental Studies, Joe is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario, as well as a Fellow Engineer Canada. He has built many positive relationships in the pressure and propane industry fields and amongst various North American regulatory bodies throughout his career. Joe has been with the P38 group of companies since 1986 and has past experience as a member of various industry leadership committees.

Cherisse Akeung – Supply Chain Leader
As a graduate of Western University, Cherisse has an Honours degree in the specialization of Finance and Administration. Cherisse is responsible for leading the execution and improvement of the company's supply chain. In this role she focuses on building strong supplier relationships, optimizing inventory, and implementing best practice solutions.

Ted Archer – Operations Engineering Leader
Ted leads our operations engineering team in the areas of infrastructure, equipment, and process improvement. Ted also specializes in health and safety and is a certified member of the JH&SC. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.

Adam Beehler – Team Leader
Adam leads our welding and fabricating team and has many years of welding and fitting experience in pressure vessels and custom fabrications. He also holds multiple TSSA welding certificates. Adam is responsible for the development of employees on his team and for leading the day-to-day production operations and the fabrication of motor fuel tanks. He has been instrumental in PPAP and prototyping requirements. Adam also works closely with our Engineering, Operations Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met and built into the products we deliver to our customers.

Jim Blair – Team Leader
As a member of the production leadership team, Jim leads our powder coating and internal parts fabrication operations, with a focus on meeting internal and external demands for the pressure vessel and kiosk product lines. Jim brings a wide variety of knowledge and experiences, gained both locally and overseas, which focused on operations management, process improvement, AutoCAD and an extensive understanding of lean methodologies. He possesses several CWB and TSSA welding tickets, as well as certificates in Health and Safety and Lean Manufacturing. Jim is also currently enrolled in the Business Diploma program at Algonquin College.

Andy Bite – Chief Development Officer
Andy holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario. He has been a senior executive with a number of energy sector distribution companies and brings significant industry experience to the group.

Evan Borges – Quality Leader
A Mechanical Engineering Technician and graduate of Fanshawe College, Evan is responsible for the overall quality improvement and program throughout our operations. He holds certificates in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Six Sigma Green Belt manufacturing methodologies, and is a Certified Technician registered with the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists. Evan has over 13 years of experience in the manufacturing, fabrication, CNC Laser, plasma, and turret programming fields.

Kashan Chaudhary - Engineering Services Technologist
A graduate from the Electromechanical Engineering Program from Fanshawe College, Kashan specializes in the development of risk and safety management plans. Having a strong skill set with CAD software and solid knowledge on the fundamentals of electrical and mechanical principles, Kashan also works on drafting designs and construction plans for various projects. Currently, he is working towards obtaining his designation as a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) under the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT).

Rob Costa – Mechanical-Electrical Engineering Leader
Rob is responsible for mechanical-electrical engineering functions related to self-serve propane kiosks, air compressors, and final tank assembly. He holds a B.E.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.

Chad Estergaard – Production Leader
Chad has extensive welding and fitting experience including leadership in the structural, custom fabrication, transportation and pressure vessel industries. He is a certified CWB welding supervisor and has significant CNC fabricating, programming and AutoCad experience. Chad possesses numerous CWB and TSSA welding tickets as well as certificates for CWB welding supervisor, CNC laser programming and Six Sigma Green Belt manufacturing and quality methodologies. He continues to stay current with technology advances and has completed numerous training programs from accredited resources.

Andrej Fedorchuk – Pressure Vessel Engineering Leader
Specializing in ASME propane motor fuel tank design, Andrej is a graduate from the University of Western Ontario and has a B.E.Sc in Mechanical Engineering. He also has a background with CAD software and finite element analysis. Andrej is working on becoming a licensed professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

Dan Granger – President
Dan holds an Honours Degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Prior to joining SLEEGERS in 2008, Dan spent 27 years focused on the growth and development of several other successful businesses within the energy sector.

Taylor Granger – Business Development Leader
Leveraging his engineering and project management experience, Taylor is focused on the development of new business opportunities within SLEEGERS. He has a B.A.Sc. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is working towards becoming a licensed professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

Mohammad Hassouneh – Engineering Services Intern
A graduate from the University of Western Ontario with a B.A.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, Mohammad specializes in the area of Risk and Safety Management Plans and propane facility design and construction. He developed a strong practical and theoretical engineering skill base while at University of Western Ontario and Fanshawe college. Mohammad is also working towards becoming a licensed professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

Brian Kehrer – Business Development Leader
Based in our Customer Service Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, Brian has over 23 years of experience in air compressor design, sales, and customer service. He has education in lean manufacturing from Purdue University and attended J. Everett Light Career Center, excelling in the automotive repair industry. He has worked in the manufacturing industry since 1989.

Paul Kendall – Operations Engineering Support
Paul has worked within the EDPRO group since 1997 and has extensive mechanical and technical knowledge of the propane industry. He holds a G1 gas technician license with ICE-P and LP endorsements from the TSSA.

Jake Kirshner – Pressure Vessel Engineering Technologist
As a member of our pressure vessel engineering team, Jake supports a range of engineering functions, as well as the development and operations of our internal fabricated parts segment. He holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Fanshawe College and has experience with CAD software, fabrication and manufacturing. Jake is currently working toward his Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation under the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT).

Deidre Lawrence – Logistics & Customer Service Leader
As a graduate of Western University, Deidre has an Honours degree in Psychology. She has a long standing background in customer service and is currently responsible for leading the administration of customer interfaces across the company's various business segments. In this role, Deidre works closely with our customers, production, and freight carriers to ensure that all customer needs are met and products are delivered on time.

Martin Lopatowski – Operations Engineering Technologist
As a member of our operations engineering team, Martin provides on-going support to both the engineering and production teams. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Technology degree from the University of Windsor and has an advanced diploma in Engineering Technology from Fanshawe College. Martin is a Certified Technician (C.Tech.) registered with the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT), and is currently working toward his Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation.

Maria Magas – Supply Chain Specialist
As a member of the supply chain team, Maria is responsible for fulfilling the company’s purchasing needs while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Maria has a background in administration with a strong emphasis in accounting and computer support.

Ryan McLachlan – Engineering and Regulatory Services Leader
Ryan has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario. He has numerous years of pressure vessel design and manufacturing experience, including extensive welding, CAD software and finite element analysis experience. Ryan is a member of several codes and standards development technical committees within the CSA and is a member of the NPGA Technical, Safety and Standards Committee. His focus is on propane facility design and construction, project management, compliance programs as well as E2 Plans and Risk and Safety Management Plans.

Chad Perrin – Team Leader
Chad leads our powder coating and mechanical-electrical team and coordinates the production of our kiosks, air compressors, and value added automotive propane solutions. Chad is a graduate of the Motive Power Technology program at Fanshawe College and provides mentorship and leadership to all employees on his team. He works closely with our Engineering, Operations Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure we meet and exceed all of our customers’ requirements and expectations.

Joshua Pickering – Engineering Services Intern
Joshua is specializing in the area of Risk and Safety Management Plans and propane facility design and construction. He has a background with CAD software and project management and holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Mechanical Engineering after graduating with distinction from Lakehead University. Joshua is working towards becoming a licensed professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

Nathalie Rubio – Supply Chain Coordinator
Nathalie is responsible for effectively forecasting and purchasing direct material and parts to support production schedules across our various business segments. She also works closely with our suppliers to maintain strong strategic relationships, reduce end to end lead times and obtain best pricing solutions. Nathalie has several years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and project management and has obtained her diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Fanshawe College.

Jesse Sandhu – Pressure Vessel Engineering Intern
A graduate from the University of Western Ontario with a M.Eng and B.E.Sc in Mechanical and Materials Engineering. Jesse is a member of the Pressure Vessel Engineering team working on designing ASME propane motor fuel tanks. He is working towards becoming a licensed professional engineering with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

John Straatman – Operations Leader
John is a graduate of the Manufacturing Engineering Program at Fanshawe College as well as an Operations Management Program through the Ivey School of Business. John has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector and has worked in a number of highly regulated industries including aerospace, medical device, automotive and most recently defence. He has held leadership positions covering materials, quality, program, manufacturing, operations and general management.

Kyle Squance – Business Development Leader
Leveraging his years of pressure vessel design experience, Kyle works directly with our customers to understand and clarify requirements which are then translated into practical, cost-efficient, and compliant solutions. Working closely with our engineering, production, and quality control teams, Kyle ensures that customer expectations are met or exceeded. Kyle is a graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Technology program at St. Clair College.

Fitore Thaci – Logistics and Customer Service Specialist
A graduate of Western University, Fitore has an Honours degree in Psychology. Fitore works within our Customer Service and Logistics team and is responsible for coordinating outgoing shipments of our Air Compressors. She also works closely with our Chief Development Officer in creating billing for the Risk and Safety Management Plans.

Chris Van der Spank – Senior Product Engineer
Backed by many years of experience with product design, engineering and quality systems, Chris brings a valued, practical approach to our engineering team. He has expertise in both propane systems design and in ASME pressure vessel engineering. Chris graduated from the University of Guelph with a B.Sc. in Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.
